Mr HyperM aka SniggitySnags and i have found the loft of our dreams. It's affordable, historic and lovely.
ONE PROBLEM.
we need someone to sublet our apartment from us. it's a 600 sq ft studio, loft-like atmosphere, HUGE kitchen with black appliances and teardrop fixtures. also has a huge roman soaking tub and an oval shaped mirror. Ask LibertyLux about all the "upgrades" it has.
That chick knows her stuff when it comes to houses etc.
here's the kicker. this place usually rents for $865. But we got a deal and it's $734, that includes one parking space. Place has a 24 hour gym and business center and is walking distance to all clubs and bars in buckhead.
the lease is up in december, so it'd definitely run out then and you'd have to pay market rent. BUT i promise you... we are not assholes and going to screw you out of your money.
IF YOU KNOW ANYONE who needs a place, LET US KNOW ASAP.
