i think maybe i should be an underground realtor. because let me tell you how excited i was that bigblack81 asked me for help locating an apartment.
its sick. it really is. but i love it. i love looking at the apartment classifieds on craigslist.org and lusting after the lofts. especially since SniggitySnags will be contributing more to our income now. this means two things:
one: unfortunately i will not be moving back to the motha land
two: since im not moving again for at least 2 years, we can get a SWEET HISTORICAL LOFT. since we're gonna live in it for a long time.

so if anyone wants help locating a place, i'd be thrilled to help you, and will scour the internet for leads and deals.

I do think it has a lot to do with where you live, not trying to generalise irrationaly though.
