well, i've worked in five kitchens so far, and they have all sucked...co-worker wise. it's the same in every kitchen. you've got the drama queen, the 17 year old kid that thinks he knows everything, the always drunken/stoned executive chef, and the kitchen manager that's always in a bad mood because he's surrounded by hot waitresses all day that refuse to sleep with him.
and the pay and hours are shitty.
these factors are causing me to have high blood pressure and stress that i shouldn't have to deal with at my age. it is not worth it, sir.

bounty hunting has excellent pay...crazy hours, yes, but i won't be hunting all the time...just when i want to.
