So what is everyone up to for New Years?

I will be in New Orleans, wishing I was going there with lots of money (for tattoos), but realizing I have none! I will be enjoying time spent with family, and I am sure it will be a good one. My girl will be meeting a lot of my family. Good payback for meeting her entire family on my first visit to her parent's house!

I will be watching the gumbo bowl drop from the Jax Brewery! This should be fun, we did it last year, when New Orleans was even worse for the wear (Hurricane Katrina's toll is still extremely evident in this land of political back-biting and pocket-filling, although last year it was even worse). Last year, though the destruction was still widespread, and many people had not returned, there were still a ton of people for the New Years celebration and I was very happy to see that! (wait... was it last year? or the year before last? .... hmmmm....)

When I get back from there I will be around for a little bit before heading off to Colorado to go Snowboarding.

Inbetween these times and afterwards, I will be helping where I can on the filming of our production company's first film. Things are looking up... I believe this next year will be a good one!
