unrelated thoughts:

a) still waiting to hear back about the job. i'm starting to get worried. i hope they call today.

b) The Bloc Party is growing on me. i don't love them yet. i'm not even sure i like them. but i woke up this morning with "Like Eating Glass" cemented in my head. go figure.

d) today i am going to the library (i swear!) and doing laundry. hopefully i'll get some drawing done, too. i have been wanting to draw for days, but it seems like our house has been filled with people lately. (Rhys' people, not mine.) it's hard to concentrate when folks are over, since my desk is in the TV/hanging out room. but i have been reading "As I Lay Dying". it's not bad. much better than the last few books i've tried to read and haven't even gotten through. (that's right Greil Marcus, i'm talking to you.)
