nothing new here, folks.
i'm a bit pissed at my (prospective/hopeful/eventual?) employers, who promised to call me monday with more information about the job i'm going to be starting. i mean, i know when it starts, but there's a lot of particulars that need to be cleared up. needless to say, waiting on these motherfuckers has hindered developement and planning for my impending escape from New Orleans... (read: i'm going to visit my parents and best friend in KY for a couple weeks, and have not been able to make flight reservations yet.) and SGnola is planning a camping trip that i'm probably going to miss as well, although this may be more to blame on my over-scheduling myself than my job. but i'm going to tack this one onto them too. for spite.
other than that... hmmm. i suppose mostly things ain't so bad. happy Friday the 13th, everyone.
