okay.

do me a favor, folks. it's a small one, and won't take that much time or effort.

when going through your day, try extra hard to be nice to the people whose job it is to wait on you. it could be the girl at the sandwhich counter, the kid bagging your groceries, your waitress, or your bartender. try and remember that we have feelings and identities outside the context of serving you.

just saying please, thank you, or have a nice day really does make a difference, and makes us feel like people and not robots created to make your life easier.
