WOW am I fucking stoked on my new garden-share! I contacted Laura and Forrest on Sunday and as of today I am in love with them! They and their neighbor generously share their yard space for a league of Seattlites to come in and grow tasty food! I'll be joining their garden shortly, as soon as I help dig up space! Coolest part about this is how close they are to me:



Anyway really stoked, check out the awesome space (note the rain barrels):










Also I've started a cooking project of sorts, I've decided to try a new recipe at least once a week for the next year. I started on Sunday with something easy, for a BBQ I was going to.
Grilled Avocado and Smokey Corn Salad with Chipotle Cesar Dressing

I changed a few things, firstly I added grilled red peppers and changed the parm cheese to vegan parm "cheese". The recipe is seriously fucking delicious, try it!
