So I'm finally getting around to writing about my awesome time in Vancouver! I went up on Saturday for the SG Night @ Shine. Before hand I hung out with a group of lovely members from the SGBC group, including DannyDiggs, Wolfmystique, Moonrabbit, Parker_ and Corded6. These guys were all so nice! It was great to get out of Seattle, where I've been feeling a little static with my friends as of late and meet some really rad people of like mind. Once in the club I got meet several other wonderful people including but not limited to Tita!, Glitch, Cherry, Shanti, Malloreigh and Pirate. All and all it was a grand time! Mostly it was great to nerd out with these really rad people and talk about tattoos and hip hop most of the night! I can't wait to go back and hangout with them again!
Today started my first tattoo removal session! More than 10 years ago I decided it was a good idea to get this piece of tribal crap
and for the last 10 year, minus 1 day, I've completely hated it. As you can see I attempted to cover it up with an awesome pirate ship, but that obviously did not work so well. Well now that I'm financially stable and in a good place in my life I've decided it is time to remedy this situation and remove the tribal thing and finally get my right foot fixed. My first session was today, $195! I have somewhere b/w 1 and 9 sessions left. They shot me up with anesthetic before hand which I was COMPLETELY grateful for b/c the removal, while only lasting about a minute and a half (tops) was fucking agonizing. I definitely yelled out FUCK more than once.
Here are some pictures of what it looked like moments after the removal was completed. I plan on documenting this the whole way so expect more pictures! My next appointment is in May.
