Ever have one of those days?

Everyone around always looks to me for advice and support, theyll call me up and spill their toxic waste dump chock full oproblems then when I think theyre done and feel better from all the kind words of advice Ive bestowed upon them. . . I take a breath . . . get ready to spill my own share of toxic waste . . . reciprocate this weariness and commence the ritual of cleansing . . . they ALL say. . . as I in mid-breath cannot . . . Gee, thanx youre the greatest, youve helped me a lot . . . well Ive got to run.

I picture them walking away with a bounce in their step . . . I slump . . . compassionate as I am . . . and think on their problems more . . . intermingle their problems with my own and the multitudes of other friends and family members. . . Im weighed down.

When someone dies Im the first person they turn to for advice . . . I have experience in these matters . . . this one is starting a new unhealthy relationship . . . shouldnt I be happy? . . . This other one is angered at me that I dont seem to take their problems seriously . . . {to them} . . . then forget to call me back when I inquire how theyre doing . . . call me back a week later with a bounce in their voice . . . I really helped.
