What is the use of living, if it be not to strive for noble causes and to make this muddled world a better place for those who will live in it after we are gone?

ughhhh i am the exact same way with reading. i HATE it, it makes me feel so stupid sometimes. i enjoy literature and there are so many things that i want to read and learn, but its such a grueling process that its almost not worth it. i can read a sentence and then suddenly realize that i havent taken in a single word in the past several pages. i almost never remember a book after ive read it. i just feel like such an ass when im asked about a favorite book or something, and im like 'ummmm... i cant really read.' good to know im not the only one, though wink

No, you're totally right! It was VERY illegal for them to test me before offering a job. But since I am drug free and want the job I didn't say anything. Now if they didn't give me the job that would be a different story. But they did! My poppa said the same thing he's an HR manager. I think when the HR guy called he was a little scared I was going to say something, but really it doesn't matter.
