Hello Love's!

This week's blog I am writing has to do with the 3 fictional characters that best describe my personality. This took some time to contemplate, as I feel that there are so many layers to who I truly am, surely it would take more than three to accurately describe me, although it is definitely a great start. As I thought of these characters, I said to myself, who have I grown into after all this time? What experiences and life lessons have I learned that have created the complicated, fun-loving, socially awkward, sarcastic, goofy, stoner that I am today?

I could not help but to think of some of my favorite characters I have come to know and relate to over the years, as I feel the characters that we identify with and become attached to resonate with us, simply because they strike a cord in us that closely relates to who we are and where our individual path's have taken us over time.

After giving it all this thought, the characters that best describe me are the Abominable Snowman from Looney Tunes, Ms. Ho-Kym from Next Friday, and Tina from Bob's Burgers. Google search describes Tina's personality as:

Not only does this description alone fit me so well, as I'm a hopeless romantic that freakin' loves sex, horses, and butts, but I also love hard like the Abominable Snowman, I have good intentions and I want to help people as well as love the people around me, to the point that it can often become unhealthy as I become awkward, overbearing, easily irritated, mean at times, and a bit psychotic. But in the end, I'm just a cute and cuddly person that wants to love and be loved in return. Although my socially awkward and irrational quirks can get in the way of my relationships/friendships, at the end of the day I am genuinely just a laid-back person that like's weird shit and to have fun.

I identify with Ms. Ho-Kym because I'm also a sarcastic, goofy stoner, that doesn't take b.s. from anyone that I feel I may need to keep my guard up against, and I often use humor to deflect any anger, pain, or trauma I have experienced or may be experiencing at any given moment, to the point that this may offend people at times, because I may laugh at the wrong situations. This has been a sort of defense mechanism throughout my life and even today which helps me cope with life in general and various uncomfortable situations.
