Today I am walking like a duck.

Let me rewind a bit. It's been a very frustrating week, not horrible, just frustrating. So yesterday I finally got time to go to the gym, which is the best surefire way for me to blow off some steam. Now mind you this is the first time I've gone to the the gym in about 2 months and well i need to lose 8 lbs. So anyways, I planned my entire workout on the way to the gym, I was going to work on my back and chest and throw in an extra set of deadlifts. Well when I got to the gym I decided to just work my legs and shoulders. That way I can take a bit more aggression out by lifting heavier weights. Well my plan worked, I spent two hours lifting and I felt awesome, but i forgot one little detail about my leg workout: ALWAYS STRETCH AFTER WORKING YOUR LEGS!!!!!!!

So here I am, walking like a duck. Groaning at every step. Stairs are painful and getting off the couch is a chore. But you know what.......I wouldnt have it any other way
