I'm kind on a cover song kick today. I've been looping the various covers I've collected over the past few months. They include the Cure doing Hendrix's "Purple Haze," the Smashing Pumpkins doing Joy Division's "Isolation," and Jack Off Jill doing the Cure's "Lovesong," among others. I can't really explain it. Maybe it's a phase.
Anyhoo, I've got the house to myself this weekend, as my mom and sister have gone camping. It's nothing really special, it just means I can play music louder, but I have to actually feed the dogs. Sorry if this makes me evil, but I'm not a huge fan of the whole domesticated rodent idea.
