It's one of those days. The kind in which I feel extra lonely, and being among other people only intensifies it. All I really want is one... one really good friend. Maybe even more than a friend.

I went to an open mic show at Cafe Roma tonight. The music was fantastic, especially this cute, blue-haired girl with an amazing voice. Though the great music was kind of cancelled out by the fact that, as I looked around, everyone in the crowd was in a group. Everyone knew someone, with the exception of me. I just kind of sat, quiet and alone, watching the show as everyone else around me was chatting and smiling with their friends. And I just know that it's no one's fault by my own that I'm all by myself, but I'm none too sure how to correct it.

Who knows. Maybe someone will send me a box of Love for Christmas.
