actors wanted, yo.
well q. and i are planning on making our movie this summer. out main problems are: music copyrights, esp. those of "tainted love" by soft cell which we figure will be okay because we don't plan on actually making money with this thing... but if we submit it to outfest (and here i'm torn between yay let's make a gay movie that's actually good and damn when i talked about it i'd have to say the word OUTFEST) we'd have to have a version with unperfect songs... and no tainted love, which is awful.
other main problem is: actors. we need them bad. it may just end up one of us does the lead... just if we don't find anyone right. so if by chance, any of you readers out there are actors and live in the LA area and would be interested, totally contact me for more info about the film and the no payment we can offer you and see if you might wanna audition. we're looking for a guy and a girl, both to play around 16.
went to see kill bill vol. 1 last night with homies. then froze to death on a bench. q. slept over and we ate tiramisu for breakfast.
reread lolita for the fiftieth time at work. it is my actual goal to memorize the entire book so i can recite it whenever i feel the need.
i love most where he licks the thing out of her eye, and verses 5 and 10 of his "wanted, wanted" poem.
now it is time to drool over a twelve year old thora birch on tv, accordingly.
