Does love at first sight (or almost first sight) exist or do we convience ourselves that we have strong feelings for someone because we are afraid to be alone? How do you tell the difference? blush

attraction at first sight to build love off of, yes.
you just know when you know. don't try to over annilyze anything, that's where trouble starts.

I believe it can happen, but it's much more rare than people want it to be, or convince themselves it is. Most times it's 'attraction at first site that blossoms into love once you see them for who they are.

But I do believe in very rare cases, when love is meant to be found, it can let itself be known in that first instant.
