my quantum electronics take-home midterm has already ruined the weekend. I can't help but wonder what this sort of punishment will get me in the end. I should have stuck with anthropology.

But atleast my social life seems to be finally taking off in this new city. I have this cool new friend with all these cool friends, and she takes me to weird events like blogger spoken word parties and feminist book-of-the-month clubs. I'm open to anything new, so this is fun.
