Hello Out There!!!!
So i'm trying to lose weight.
I'm about 5'9"ish. and i weight roughly about 180 pounds. overweight.
then other day i stepped on the scale and it was 174 pds.
but i don't believe it. soooo......i would love alot of love and support from anybody out there.
i would love to lose 40 pounds...but i'll be happy with 30.
any advice??

cut out everything white bread rice pasta sugar it sucks but it works
