Back to Las Vegas, NV in a week and a half... Will be soaking in some sun (not that much), playing some slots, possibly roulette, and drinking til I can't gamble any more. All the free booze in the gambling floors is hard to refuse. So far, I've always come away winning at the Flamingo. In my opinion, it's the best casino in Vegas. Must eat at the crepe shop there, and can' resist Margaritaville either. I leave early Sunday, and am back late Tuesday-just two nights. Just under 600 miles by car, so it should take aroud 7-8 hours each way to travel. Vegas wear on me a little bit after two days anyway.
I've marked the calendar for Malibu for the first week of July. Will be staying at a quaint, quiet location near a good seafood place. It's actuaelly very peaceful with the surf 100 feet away. I wish I could ride the motorbike out ther to keep it simple, but it is so friggin hot trying to ride through the Mojave in the summer. It could be worse-I could be living somewhere north or east of Albuquerque...
