Wow, so these last two weeks were a lot busier than I had anticipated. In the 2 weeks leading up to this past Monday, I worked 119.52 hours. 30 of those were in 2 days, mind you. This is mostly due to my "boss", Nick being a douche and being out of town constantly. Also, we had three managers quit in one week, which meant that I was one of two managers left who could run the store. So I did.

Now, back to Monday. At 6pm I get a call from Nick saying that I can close at midnight instead of 3am. The reason for this being that Jimmy Guaco's will not be reopening...ever. So I asked if everyone was effectively unemployed, and he said yes. So I called everyone and told them that they were no longer employed as of midnight (5 hour notice on such things is amazing). We all had our last free burritos or quesadillas or whatever.

I had dyed my hair brown thinking that I was going to be unemployed in a month (not that very same day), but it turns out everyone is unemployed...except for me. I just got shifted over to another store they own, Pita Pit. I'm now the manager over there.

Although, that caused drama which is just fucking stupid. This chick Holly, who apparently isn't that great of a manager, is all pissed off that I make $8/hr (not even that much, right?). Nick, the GM of Guaco's, put me at $8 when he made me manager. She's pissed because she only makes $7.50, but that's not my fault. She's trying to get everyone on her side and start shit, which is just fucking annoying. GAH!
