I might decide to hurt my boss today. He's just being a real dick lately, so much that I really want to punch him in the face. If only this one ever came into the office. My other boss, Erik, is more awesome than anyone can say. Terry, on the other hand, can be nifty, but sometimes he's just a really big asshole. He yells at me about things that are not within my control. For example, how the sales reps are selling ads. Now I have no control over several things in this complaint:

1. The salesperson's ability to sell an ad
2. The prospective customer's ad budget at this time of year
3. Whether the prospective customer will even keep their appointment.

I can't control people and I can't make people buy ads. Just because I'm the office manager does not mean I have magical powers. Geez.

In other news, we just signed our lease for the house in Ohio. Yay. It's all coming together quite nicely.
