BORN AGAIN
So you took your leap of faith, from loneliness
to madness, while the rest of us dined
with our feet on the ground
our fornication shunned
and I like to think Im not the only one
who wondered in what way the light
revealed itself in you
and how obscure the equation of
nature + nurture must have been to result
in such mutation
Did you wake up one morning to find it
already accomplished?
Ive heard tell of a potent divine intercourse
Or perhaps you came to the garden
after circling for days, finally exhausting
the chase of the familiar
Well, it really made
no difference; we were passionate back then
fired somehow by the mood of this era
all too satisfied in the cold war
of opposing devotions, and we knew for sure
wed lost a friend, as God had gained another
amputee
i like all of this apart from the title, which seems corny. in fact i hate having to give titles at all, as if saying "hey kids, this is a piece about...". also, now that i look at it, the arrangement is a little...chubby?

Not sure when we'll be back in Oxford. Possibly sometime in late July, though I'm not sure.
As to a preview, have a wee lookie here -

Sounds complex, but many music players (like Winamp) will play it just fine or with an extension.
