@lewolf Yes unfortunately I have always had a terrible vision of myself as a reflection of what people thought of me. Instead, I had to think again: they are not at all as I described them. I'm much better! I've always thought to be a void because people thought so instead here I am! We really have to believe more...and more trust in ourselves .. we do not know what we miss! Back from work! The boss said that at the end of this month he will make me sign the contract!

He was very surprised and happy and there is nothing better to get good reviews and appreciation from the boss himself! Oh my gosh! Eventually everything is going to plan! I feel so fulfilled and happy! Yessss yess yesss <3 It's happening!

WOW!  Such tradition, layers upon layers... yet I have always heard of the Italian... no, to be more precise... WORLD cuisine outside of the US is filled with true and meaningful tradition, where each dish, each preparation, even each ingredient often actually have a meaning to them.  In a way, dishes are like a witches potion!  In the US, yes, there will be those who enjoy in their homes and communities such tradition brought over from their respective homelands, but the 'traditional' US fare for holidays... baked ham, turkey, stuffing, giblet gravy, cranberries, etc... really have less to do with deep meaning than they have to do with the simple tradition of have that 'good old American Holiday feast'... and culinary artisanship has given way to... for lack of a better way to put it... hit it, git it, and go!  We are rapidly moving away from traditions in this country, including culinary ones... and even the multiple days cooking of the holiday feast that Grandma used to take so much pride in is but a decade or two from being extinct.  Hey... I want to come to YOUR house for Christmas Dinner NEXT year!!! ;)  ♥♥♥
