First of all, Nixon has a new set. Yay. 
I submited my resume to this place and they called me to set up an interview today. They wanted me to come in Tuesday or Wednesday. Unfortunately I work both days but I told them I was free all day Thursday and Friday. The woman said that there were many people making calls and those were the only two days they were setting up interviews for. She said if they still have slots left, they'll give me a call. I don't really know what that means since there's only one position to fill. I also don't understand why there would be lots of people making calls if they are trying to fill one position. I hope they call back and say I can come in on Thursday. I don't currently have a job that I can just call out of to go to a job interview. We have 9 total employees. We're small. It screws everyone if someone calls out. I guess if this place doesn't call back it wasn't meant to be. It just seems so weird. I've never had a place not try to schedule with me and be so closed about when they were having interviews. Don't they expect the people who are interviewing to currently have jobs? They want experienced people. OK, now I'm just obsessing. I'm going to stop now. Poor Abgitatz had to listen to me do this earlier when they called.
I had a long conversation with Abgitatz tonight about moving ahead in life and the assholes I've left behind. I've left some real assholes behind. I had a similar conversation with some other friends this weekend. Bottom line: I've come a long way in the last few years and I think I'm really lucky I was able to break away from all the shit that was holding me back.
I don't want to talk about my last entry other than to say things are a little better and I think will continue to improve.

anyway, i hope they call you back, and that things go well.
the job thing bites... Im getting ready to switch companies Myself here in couple months myself. thankfully construction is hired on spot and where-ever you leave they will always take you back if you did good work.
