I just finished the chest and back workout which was followed by the ab ripper - talk about kicking a man while he was down...I do not even want to think the word push-up!

Don't know if it is in the P90X, I tried to google it with limited results.... I just know it as a great core exercise that my old trainer would throw in at the end of an intense workout..... just to make sure I was truly broken.

There is nothing that feels better than kicking your own ass. Way to go champ! wink Next time if you have an opportunity, throw one of these in I add these into my routine when I teach core conditioning at the gym. It works your entire body and my students love to hate it.

The trainer is pretty funny in the video.
