I'd been updating my profile for adultfriendfinders.com and being kinder to myself. I find that I am not totally shutting down anymore. I still don't expect much out of it but you never know. Maybe next I will be able to function out in the real world and find myself a playmate.
I tried to ride in one of the group bicycle rides tonight. I was spat out the back 7 miles into the ride. I ended up with 24 miles total so that's fine. I am coming back from an injury and need some long rides. I run out of steam after 17 miles or so. My track racing is about that far, so there is the correlation. Back to the track tonight. We'll see how I do.
