last night I went out and saw Kid Koala. Great show! He is a fantastic turntable -ist. If; had. brain in my head I'd invited allot you, but I didn't and you missed a great show. None of you have invited me to any thing, so we are square. ok buzzhum invested me to 4th of July last year. If any of you can make it to Tasty World in Athens Ga tonight,Go! It's 10 bucks and well worth it.

Friday I skipped work for a mental health day. The previous evening I had some old memories come flooding in. I was maybe 3 years old and I had been restrained to my bed. Apparently I had been too unruly for my alcoholic parents to put up with, so I was tied down. I have sense memory more than images. Lots of anger and terror and confusion with no conception for the reasons any of it happened. So after that when my parents told us to calm down or we would he tied to the bed, that was no idle threat.

I am much better today. I watch the E3 Prijs Vlaanderen this morning on Cycling. tv. Tom Boonen won his 4th consecutive edition of-this race. He narrowly out- sprinted Fabian Cancellera after 198 km of racing. I then did my paltry 42 mile Course to Stone Mountain and back. Now it is time for tofu.
