my supervisor was talking about his retirement. He is 64 so he hits retirement age in 3 years. he thing is that he is kind of grooming me for his position. ot that I haven't done his job before at a different place, but I don'r have th e intention of staying there for the rest of my work life. Then again, I didn't really choose this job. It was one of Lemony Snicket's series of unfortunate events. Now children, don't let your parents condition you to not want anything also. It just breeds apathy, depression, and a lack of a concept of success, let alone a way to achieve it. if you don't have a goal, how can you fail?

My GF is at a crossroads right now, and f\after sh was just starting to cheer up. I/we moved her refridgerator back into her kitchen. The remodel that is not ending. It is getting closer tho.
She does admin at a restaurant and has come to find out that there are some illegal aliens working in the kitchen. She is hardcore about her principals and wants the company she works for to be above board in it's dealings. Two hitches: her boss is a friend of ours and she has just spent a year and a half out of work and is just starting to catch up.
So if anybody out there needs an admin assistant of personal assistant with financial, legal, and clinical experience, and is willing to pat 35k a year. I've got your girl! ESPECIALLY IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST!
