my knee hurts!
That shows me for getting old.
I went for a bike ride with my brother yesterday afternoon. 42 miles in about 2 hours 30 minutes. I was lucky that he is stronger than I am because we had about a 15mph tailwind going out to Stone Mountain Park (from downtown Atlanta) and he pulled me almost the whole way home. I need to get some knee warmers for this temperature. It was just cold enough to keep the tendons in my left knee tightened up and painful. Here is my new bike that I got about 5 months ago.
I havn't done a big ride in about a month and a half and my brain was ind of confused at 10 miles because I commute to work. so I had become accustomed to 6.5 mile jaunts at any one time. It was a REALLY strange sensation. Not a good one to have in traffic. Ask geckogirl about the drivers here.
