So, I'm walking through the mall parking lot to my car, and there's another car backing out. The driver appears to be a teenager, and she opens the window and smiles and waves to me. Well, that's odd (I thought to myself). When she finished backing out, she pulls up next to me and says "Hi Uncle Jimmy! How's it going?" (Now, my name isn't Jimmy or James or any variation thereof. Nor do I have any nieces or nephews within several states of here. She didn't look familiar in any way either.)
So I gave a non-committal answer "Eh!" and she then asked if I was surprised that she's driving now. I answered "You have no idea!", laughed and continued on my way, still shaking my head.
I'm not sure what freaks me out more. The possibility that she has an uncle nearby who looks like me, or that she is in severe need of glasses, yet is driving without them.
In any case, I guess now you can call me "Uncle Jimmy"
