I refuse to believe there's any lesson involved - but I recently decided to spend a few minutes per day on the stair-climber machine (just a cheap one, for home use) and out of the blue - the clogging in my formerly-infected ear finally cleared. If I weren't an atheist, I'd probably be claiming it's a miracle. I wonder, if I had prayed to anyone beforehand, would they be a candidate for sainthood?

I'm totally hooked on the first season of the tv show "24" - the first 8 episodes of which were given to me by a sweet waitress at the local brewpub. If she has ulterior motives for creating a 24-junkie, she's winning the battle.

Heard an awesome concert over the weekend.
