howdy

I almost hate to update again so soon - before everyone had a chance to read the last long-winded entry.
But what the hell!
My ear is still infected - but "it's getting better" (I think). Hopefully the change of air pressure on my flight to Florida will help to clear it out. Or it may just make it worse. Guess I'll let you know. The Florida trip is to help my mom get her house spruced up while she tries to sell it. Probably painting, caulking and other such manly pursuits will be involved. My brother and his family will be there too, so we should be able to find some beach and pool time as well.
My friend's dad has been cremated and plans are underway to dump a little bit of him in several of his favorite places.
The Philly Film Festival will be starting soon! Yay!! And since I'm a film society member, local people wanting to get into the opening night or closing night festivities should let me know. I can bring a date. Perhaps I'll see some of the SG Philly folk around.
