ok, it started saturday night, puked for 4 hours or so. I ate again sunday night thinking It would be ok, puked again for hours. Monday dry heaves, feels like all my organs are missing or displaced.

I have never been this sick in my life

Today is Tuesday I still feel empty, and nauseated. Shaking still. I want to eat but dont know if I should. Been drinking water and gingerale.

This is misery....im smiling, but not as big

I just need to feel better. Ive tried everything
