It seems when i sleep better at night by the next morning my aches and pains subside; this insomnia has a lot to do with fybromyalgia, and of course no sleep breeds the unwanted effects of the illness.

So my Shaman tells me what the true "spiritual" cause of my illness is! It is because I give out more than I take in. Apparently being an eternal giver has taken its toll on all four aspects of my self. It is time for me to take care of me. She says you must learn this lesson, and soon, before it is too late! Ok, so how do I just turn off the faucet of my kindness. Financially, I can, and have no choice, however, I give of myself in so many ways; I guess I must decide in what ways to give of myself with out making a blood sacrifice!

For anyone who believes in spirits, I am now bein consulted. I am not a Shaman yet, I have not even got into the depth of journeys and dreams. I am getting daily calls from clients and friends to assist them in getting answers to their problems. I prefer to do simple tasks at this time and focus on the reiki part of my mission.
i am psychic and intuitive, yes, I embrace the light. I am considered to be very strong in many areas, but i am still green, and a master at nothing, i will humble myself to this lesson....we are both forever, a teacher and a student! I will never stop learning....
