Well, I am bailing out of this shithole today....the carpet is already molding. I have been putting up with slumlords my whole life.

I didnt even know it at the time, but one of my dads pallbearers was one of the most notorius slumlords of Minneapolis. I kicked him off the list when i found out, for they are sub-human.
