Fluids and vitamin C. Maybe extremely high doses of Ecchinechea (sp?) I use the kind in grain alcohol with goldenseal or some shit like that. They say to dilute it in tea or water, but i just pour the eyedropper out under my tongue and let it absorb for a minute, then swallow it. Tastes like shit might i add.
And rest. Lots of rest.

An ex- of mine and I had a wild experience once.
It was in the middle of July, which in Georgia is very, very hot, and we had no airconditioning at all. The temperature dropped in the house until we could almost see our breath. We were shivering.
A wailing, moaning voice echoed through our heads and the rooms at the same time... both at once, very strange. About that time, she calls me into the kitchen to show me these muddy boot prints across the floor. There was no mud outside... we had had no rain in a long time, and the prints were very large.
She was able to see a man (I couldn't see him, but I could see the prints) standing at the far side of the kitchen. He was wearing overalls and had a bloody tool of some kind.
We both freaked out, but got very calm very quickly. She is a rune reader, and I suggested she do a reading for him. Why not, right?
She sat down on the kitchen floor, and started the reading. Ths figure, she said, just stood there, but we could hear his voice in our heads saying that his house had once stood in this neighborhood a long time ago, and that this was his land.... and that he had killed his wife and buried her somewhere close.
She comforted him, telling him to forgive himself and go, that he was Eternal now, and could do anything he wanted, that all was Good.
As she did this, he disappeared, as did the muddy boot prints. The house warmed up again, the cats calmed down, and we had a very peaceful night.
