Good luck with your daughter. I'm worried about what my son will be like when he's a teenager. He's turning 5 next month and already acts like one.

I know the diet isn't the best. It's only water to drink and one small meal a day. But I realized that i was psychologically addicted to food which was my big problem and I just need to try to cut it out for awhile. Once I lose the "I need to eat that" mentality then I'll slow it down a bit.

Still - it LOOKS painful.
