Well went to the library today in search of books for my counselling course, but came across a book called tired of being tired, well i flicked through a few pages and realised i was reading about myself *now i'm not an avid reader, and certainly don't get books outta the library unless they were for research for college* but i just had to get this book out and read it. I did the questionair in it and it told me i was burned out.
Fancy that! ha ha me.....burned out lol
