Hello again,

I had a pretty good weekend. Sadly, my weekend is just about over, and I have to go back to work tomorrow-after having all of last week off.

What did I do, almost nothing, except several errands, and a few movies.

I did see Fahrenheit 9/11 on Friday afternoon, that was good-totally depressing, and a downer, but what could you expect about a political piece? I'm going to register to vote now, thanks to that fucking Bush assshead, so I can vote for J.K, and put my vote to the lesser of two evils. Though, i try to stay totally unpolitical at all means.

I went to a wedding reception on Saturday, though i drank to much. I had fun, and actually danced, as i knew many of the people at the reception.

After the reception, i went to a party for a coworker, who just had his first child. He's from Gambia, Africa, and it's custom for him to throw a party after his child's birth. I was honored to be invited, and even treated better once I got there. It was one of the few occasions, I saw almost everyone there, happy-and not because of alcohol-no alcohol was even present. But becuase of the occasion, and the general mood of everyone there. They had food, and music-it was really really fun.

Today, i ate dinner with the folks, my mom made me fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas, biscuits-oh it was so good.

Yeah, not an exciting journal entry, but thought I better update the damn thing.
