Well, i decided to play hooky from my shitty job today. I'm getting a unch of friends together, and we're going out to eat, and just hanging out.
I have some freelance work to catch up on anyway, and i had some time alotted today that allowed me to get some of it done.
I'm finding myself more influenced by the most minimal cartoons lately. I find them quite often times more humorous and witty. And they have a style all their own.
And i've been enetertaining the thought of just going back into art full time again. Although, lately, that's all I've been doing at my job-which oddly enough has nothing to do with my job description.
I've been pranking my old boss on his cell phone. He draws caricatures outside of Boston now, and i keep calling him and telling him the picture looks nothing like the person-it catches him off guard, and then i hang up.
Makes me laugh anyway.
