A couple of clients of mine were having a real tough time this week, these two people were really struggling mentally. I reached out and checked in with them, gave them both a hug and some time to listen to them, now they are travelling better. Be kind, take time to feel and hear. We rush too much and miss what is really important-Family, Friends, Life. Be Human.
