Why I Embraced the Horror Lifestyle

I feel like for years, I’ve always tried to want to become a normal person but it has also made me fearful of doing stuff on my own as I never embraced who I am until I was in my mid 30’s I’ve always had a weird and Esentric personality and I always loved horror but I never knew how to channel it into something. That was until I discovered conventions. It started with RI Comic Con in 2012, but I never fully discovered myself 2013 when I went to a Rocky horror Con which changed my life for the better. I had a great time as It was the start of something as that same year I went to my first horror convention. That con was the start, as it gave me the courage to start traveling to horror cons as my state never seems to have one and make a vacation of it.

While going to these horror cons, I started to change as I was falling more in love with horror in general. Whether it was buying newer films or discovering over the last six years I’ve fully changed into a different person. Most of my shirts are either horror or wrestling related now. I have a podcast. I’m always on the lookout for horror related figures and funkos. Now, I’m started to get into horror comics and black is one of my favorite colors. It has change me for the better as I’m been feeling better about myself and not afraid to explore myself outside the horror lifestyle including accepting myself as someone who is going to hell and down with Satan as I’m proud of it as I want to be there with all the horror fans and all the good misfit toys who were cast away then be with normal people and their religious views. I want to Live, Love Learn and Die while being and exploring myself. That’s why I live and love the horror life.
