Apparently I'm leaving Pennsylvania.
Allow me to explain.
I'm graduating from the program I'm in this week. I had planned to stay another semester to do a one semester specialized program, but I was having troubles coming up with the money. I stopped by the administration office to talk with them about it. Their response?
"Oh, we decided we weren't going to do that program this summer."
Seriously? I'd already registered for the program, was planning several major life decisions (leases, work, etc.) around it, and you hadn't bothered to inform me that you weren't going to do a program that starts in 2 WEEKS???
My lease is coordinated with the semester, so this leaves me with less than a week to organize a move.
The people who run this school are idiots.

My god that is so rude and so wrong, that was very unprofessional of them. It should be a law that they let you know stuff like that.

The strange thing is that they act confused about why they can't get people to commit to enrolling in the program, when they haven't committed to having a program yet.
