excellent...let me know when you start up. My training was iyangar(sp? I'm drunk right now). WHen I was teaching dance in Waipahu to 9-13 year olds...I ended up creating a meditation/yoga/steching class. They totally loved it. I had Bob Marley playing...I never told them that I was teaching them meditation and yoga techniques. I called relaxation class. Even when I was teaching them dance, I choreographed an Adagio to Jimmy Eat World.

i'm done with all of the official medical rehab now...just play my sports with a brace, definitely not 100% yet, but good enough. when i surf i don't where the brace and it holds up fine too. need to give it a little more time before training with it tho. i bet yoga would be phenomenal for it...might have to look into that.
i like milkshake cause he's an asshole. assholes can be very funny.
