I am SORE the class last night was rad. Remind me to never get in a real fight. It would be 10 times this much soreness.
The photogenic four are rockin' hard. anyone who hasn't yet, Check the post a pic thread get your shit up there. it's fun. Anyway thanks to the team there are new pics once again.

Fasting is hard. But i think it is a great mental challenge for me.

excellent...let me know when you start up. My training was iyangar(sp? I'm drunk right now). WHen I was teaching dance in Waipahu to 9-13 year olds...I ended up creating a meditation/yoga/steching class. They totally loved it. I had Bob Marley playing...I never told them that I was teaching them meditation and yoga techniques. I called relaxation class. Even when I was teaching them dance, I choreographed an Adagio to Jimmy Eat World.
