So, got some good news and some kinda sad news, the shity thing is the good comes from the shity news, My grandpa is 88 years old and he has really started to slow down so he is now moving in with my uncle so someone can watch after him all the time, this is sad but it is still good, he is going to get to be with my dad all day and he will be well taken care of. Now the good news seeings how he is moving out of his house me and Kendra get his house all we have to do is pay the $1600 property tax a year and the utilities, so we are not going to be spending alot on rent and shit, what is even better is me and kendra can do what ever the fuck we want to with the house, first we are going to tear up the tile in the kitchen and bathroom and tear up the carpet, then put down new carpet and tile and paint the whole house, get some new doors, pretty a whole new kitchen and possibly a whole new bathroom and we are gonna fence off the rest of the back yard for our dogs so thats cool, it is only a two bedroom one bath tiny house, but hey its a fucking house we can do what we want there i can play my drums whenever and the dogs are gonna have a yard so that makes me really happy, that house is gonna look really fucking nice when we are done with it
