Killswitch Engine yeah thats right ENGINE well at least that is what killswitch engage was called on my ticket for the show last night, but Killswitch headlined not In Flames fucking killswitch was the headliner i was pretty pissed off about this, but then i saw them play and it was the shit
AS I LAY DYING - fucking amazing like they were last time, they played a new song and it was the shit, i think they did better this time then the last time i saw them, i just wish i could see them headline instead of open
IN FLAMES - they fucking opened with Pinball Map that was so fucking rad, AND they played only for the weak one of my favorite songs by them, great fuckign stage presence i wish they would have headlined so they could have played longed and maybe they could have played Clayman but it is ok because they closed with My Sweet Shadow and that was the coolest shit ever, i fucking love that song
KILLSWITCH ENGAGE - Howard Jones filled the shoes of the old KSE singer and then some, HOLY SHIT they put on a fucking insane show, their guitarist is funny as hell, he said that one of their songs was about deli meats and grilled cheese sandwiches, that was the shit, and right before they played Rose of Sharyn he had an acoustic guitar and was like yeah this is a new song and we calmed down on our new cd, and then was like fuck that and smashed the guitar and played their new single that was awesome, Howard also did this crazy death metal scream during one of their songs and it was amazing, then they closed with My Last Serenade, and that was fucking amazing, after seeing them play i was not to pissed that they headlined
so yeah i went and picked up the new killswitch cd today and it beats the shit out of their last one, i have to say i like their new singer more, and yeah i am still tring to find a ride to see avenged sevenfold on friday i have one almost positve way there, OR i am going to see if that one cool girl will take me, CAUSE I NEED A RIDE
I am sure i will get there somehow
