If I ever thought that I wasn't fucked up over the relationship with him... I know that I am now.. Being that he's all of a suden really casual about the fact that he got some girl pregnant.. And feels the need to tell me about it..

Sorry to hear you are having such a hard time with the ex situation. CHeck out (soyouvebeendumped.com), I know the name is deceiving but they have lots of great advice for how to heal/get over a broken relationship.
