trying to learn japanese again. i tried a few years ago and got as far as introducing myself and stopped.

this time im using an app on my phone and its starting by teaching my the alphabet. so far i know a, i, u, e, o, ka, ki, ku, ke, ko, ga, gi, gu, ge, go, sa, shi, su, se, so, za, ji, zu, ze and zo.

i get a bit flustered when trying to remember some of them, and getting my western pronunciation out of my head is a bugger sometimes, but im getting there. just about to start with the t sounds next.
